You will already use enquiry agents, private investigators and Investigators in the Private Sector, hopefully like us they are full members of the A.B.I (The Association of British Investigators is endorsed by The Law Society of England & Wales) and that they have an excellent track record spanning at least the last ten years!

We are fully vetted in terms of our probity and ethics. Membership of the above-mentioned Association ensures that I am CRB checked and free of any convictions, hold full professional indemnity insurance, that I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office and that should the need arise, I am fully accountable for my conduct and that of my staff due to the Association’s strict rules and disciplinary policies.

In addition to the above-mentioned safeguards we at Burton Regan offer the EDI Level 3 Award in Professional Investigations as part of our training division. This fully accredited award is all about standards, ethics and understanding the law. I can confirm that I have passed this exam and that my staff are working towards completing it.
